| Job Description: |
We need resources to provide consumer/client support through voice non voice activity.
- The language skill that we are seeking at this point is French & English.
- However Spanish can come as an advantage.
- Provide CS to all our consumers in French.
- Should be involved in both voice/no voice operations.
- Follow defined SOP's to contribute towards floor performance.
- Share shift summaries and reports with respective Supervisors/AM/Managers
