| Job Description: |
Responsibility:
- Review and Check Working of Cashier.
- Review and check salary sheet and get finalized every month.
- Costing of all products.
- Letter writing & Email Correspondence.
- Prepartion of monthly sales & recovery report.
- Prepartion of monthly cash flow statement.
- Prepartion of Sales agents commission monthly.
- Email,Personal and Telephonic correspondence with all banks.
- Prepartion of WHT challans.
- Implementation & handling of Peachtree Accounting Softwar.
- Handling of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Work with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff and compliance with all qualified requests.
- All other tasks & reports as instructed by Owners and management.
