Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This is a Mon-Sat Job
- Employee attendance management for all staff including office, field and project staff
- Make sure employee documentation and records are complete and in order for easy tracking of information
- Coordination with Accounts department for salaries and other payments
- Leave management
- Handling Outpatient medical claims facility
- Working on employee’s compensation and benefits including Non-Working Day Allowance
- Coordination with insurance company for renewal of insurance policies, submission of claims and additions and deletions of employees in the polices
- Updating organizational chart
- Managing appraisal process
- Drafting letters
- Process final settlements and exit interviews
- Coordination with employees on any HR related issues
Recruitment and Onboarding
· Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
- Prepare Job descriptions of all existing and new staff
· Job posting on multiple channels
· Resumes screening and telephonic interviews
· Schedule and organize interviews
· Conduct reference checks for potential candidates
· Coordinate with Admin and IT for the arrangements of new joiners
Academic Qualification(s)
· Graduate Degree in HR from a recognized institution
Technical skills
· Familiar with HR processes
· Good knowledge about Provident Fund, Social Security and Tax matters
· Familiar with Pakistan’s Labor Laws
· Proficient with MS Office significantly with Excel
· Internet & E-mailing

Experience
· Must have at least 5 years of experience in HR
· Experience using HRMS will be a plus
