1. Identification of problems by assessing the complaint nature and forward to concerned department to ensure that problem is solved.
2. Making the log of daily complaints and keeping the record of complaint forms filled by specific CRO.
3. Maintaining daily orders sheet and keeping it updated on regular basis.
4. Rectification of problems keeping sales, key accounts of product department and key business partners in liaison.
5. Conveying the technical issues to product department in timely fashion.
6. Keeping contact list updated of key business partners with the liaison of sales coordinator for smooth working
7. Act as a liaison between the company and key business partners to keep them updated with technical changes in our product.
8. Work cross-functionally to review market penetration and service functionalities of competitors.
9. Oversee and manage all CRO’s.
10. Develop company systems for customer interactions/concerns and voice response and control the implementation process.
11. Ensure that the operations functions of the company are running effectively and efficiently so that each operational division performs in terms with their strategic plan, developmental plan and operational plan objectives
12. Ensure that operating objectives and standards of performance are owned by management as well as employees
13. Aid human resources department in recruitment process by interviewing potential hires and outlining clear job expectations.
14. Maintain consistent professional improvement through company provided workshops, tracking call center trends and active participation in team projects.
15. Other Tasks assigned by management.
