| Job Description: |
- Responsible to manage the Institute’s internal network and internet systems to provide a stable working environment for the office and IT help desk.
- Maintain proper Internet either wired or wireless throughout the Institute.
- Computer Virus detection and Removal.
- Assist in implementing firewalls and security devices to ensure network security.
- Maintain backups of all data.
- Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems
- Configuring/trouble shooting hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or switches, and providing daily support for computer network users.
- Responsible for IT procurement.
