Job Summary:

Evercare Hospital Lahore, a project of Gate Healthcare 1 Pak (Private) Limited is an emerging 270 bedded multi-specialty facility located near Wapda Town, Lahore, Pakistan. The hospital will be commencing operations in Q3 2018, and is the part of an international healthcare group whose mission is to provide quality healthcare to the aspiring middle classes in Pakistan, through investment in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

Duties and Responsibilities:  

·         Provide first-tier user support and serve as a primary contact for users who experience service interruptions or seek advice on hardware related issues, products, and services

·         Develops preventive maintenance schedules and procedures                                                                                          

·         Develops inspection reports of capital and non-capital hardware equipment, warranty claim, defect reports, assets return voucher, assets transfer forms and gate pass                                                                                                            

·         Maintains inventory of hardware equipment                                                                                                                     

·         Recommended outside repair and condemnation of hardware equipment’s                                                                    

·         Benchmarking of hardware equipment and computer supplies                                                                                       

·         Follow up of outside repairs and under warranty equipment                                                                                          

·         Recommends purchase of new hardware equipment, parts and technical comments                                                      

·         Recommends and enters purchase requisition of require hardware parts                                                                         

·         Recommends and provides replace to users    

·         Training for improves technical skill of hardware staffs.

Eligibility Criteria:

·         Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Sciences, B. Tech, DAE

·         Total 10 years of experience, at least 06 years as managerial role (Healthcare preferably)

·         Working experience in a health care or mission critical facility

·         Knowledge of Information technology; computer hardware capabilities and limitations.

·         Knowledge of Electronic theory, components, and testing procedures; digital electronics.

·         Hardware troubleshooting and management skill
