We are looking to hire driven travel sales associate that want to make a name for themselves selling over the phone.
REQUIREMENTS
- A good command on Saber (ticket booking platform)
- Must know how to research for flights and what information will be required to process the queries.
- Can advise clients on travel arrangements
- Must have telemarketing experience and great communication skills
- English language is a must (spoken and written)
- Must be great on the phone, have an outgoing personality, be able to handle rejection well, be positive, and have an “I can” attitude
- Must have a strong work ethic and desire to grow in the company
- Must be punctual
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary job is to be on the phone!
- Know how to identify the needs of the clients and present best offers by finding economical flights.
- Taking leads and converting them in to the sales.
- Keep client files up to date by maintaining detailed records.
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
- Meeting sales targets
