• · Backup and Recovery Scheduling of Databases, File Server and Staff System

• · Responsible for delivering support through online meetings, telephone, desk-side visits and emails (MUST)
• · Suggesting IT solutions to business problems

Software & Hardware:

• · Installing new software
• · Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer work stations etc)
• · Familiar with multiple models of desktops, Laptops and Mobile devices.
• · Ability to install critical software such as operating systems, LAN, etc
• · Assembling & Dissembling Hardware Accessories
• · Virus Cleaning & Firewall protection Installation

Networking:

• · Wiring/cables routine maintenance and check-up
• · Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords
• · Fixing network faults
• · Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet
• · Technical support for people using the network
• · Responsible for maintaining of LAN and troubleshooting of TCP/IP networks, and PCs
