Responsibilities
· Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)
· Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
· Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
· Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
· Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
· Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
· Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
· Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
· Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Requirements
· 2+ experience as talent acquisition officer
· Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
· Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
· Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
· Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
· Team player, good time-management skills
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
· Well-organized
· A leader and strategic thinker
· BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
