| Job Description: |
- Montessori trained and certified professional from a recognized institution.
- At least 4 years’ experience in Montessori and preschool teaching and training.
- Ability to make complete year plan, monthly plan, weekly plan and daily plan for complete Montessori and preschool academics and activities.
- Capable of training other staff in Montessori, manage their teaching plans and class delivery including their overall grooming as teachers.
- Excellent Montessori teacher able to effectively utilize Montessori equipment, latest technologies and methods to deliver her classes.
- Able to conduct all Montessori levels together if necessary.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Able to facilitate parents and build relationships to ensure effective development of their child.
