Job Description:

GE Solucions is looking for an enthusiastic, multi-talented HR Executive to manage company’s overall HR operations.

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for creating referral programs, updating HR policies as per the current standards and overseeing company's hiring processes. To become a successful candidate for this role you must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of labor legislation along with the relevant working experience in the Human Resource department.

We will expect you to carry out strategic decisions for the company so that we can hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Responsibilities

§  Construct and implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques

§  Maintain a pool of short-listed candidates after recruiting, screening, interviewing  candidates

§  Cross check candidates’ provided references along with their past employers

§  Conduct job analysis, negotiate with the right candidates and filter out unsuccessful candidates with positive notes

§  Develop innovative and attractive recruitment strategies to maintain the desired human resource staff level

§  Build a strong relationship with different placement agencies and educational institutes to encourage recruitment activities for the company

§  Ensure positive and healthy working environment and keep an eye on possibly arising challenges in the workplace

§  Develop fair, updated HR policies and procedures and ensure that all the employees understand and comply with them

§  Provide induction and orientation to the new employees 

§  Maintain historical records of staff, personnel files, attendance and leave management

§  Analyze the need for and develop training  and development programs

§  Conduct exit interviews to identify the reason for employee termination

§  Review working conditions and employment policies to ensure legal compliance

§  Handle dynamic workplace issues and challenges professionally

§  Issues internal memos, letters and develop recruitment material for presentations, job fairs and open days

§  Maintain the work structure by updating SOPs, job requirements and description for every position

§  Work effectively with company CEO/Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and schedule meetings to discuss the plans

§  Maintain employee benefit programs by studying, assessing and analyzing benefit needs and trends and inform management

§  Process monthly payroll, design compensation, and benefit packages

§  Assist management in employee performance management and suggest areas for development

§  Ensure smooth processing of employees’ social insurance, tax issues and enrollment of  new employees in health insurance program

 

Qualifying Knowledge and Skills

§  Proven work experience for minimum 2 years as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role

§  Comprehensive understanding of labor laws, and disciplinary procedures

§  Understanding of all Human Resource policies and procedures

§  Excellent communicator, both verbally and written

§  Highly organized and detail oriented

§  Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

§  Efficient time management skills

§  Skilled in the art of effective decision making

§  Able to take initiative to implement fundamental changes

§  Strong sense of responsibility, ethics, and reliability

§  Outstanding interpersonal skills and abilities to quickly relate to people and situations

§  Proficient English speaking and writing skills

§  Well literate with MS Office suite, familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) will be a plus point

§  Able to work on Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
