Under the general supervision of Manager Accounts and Finance, DM Taxation will be responsible for:

1. Income Tax, Sales Tax and/or any provincial taxation levy compliance as per existing state laws;

2. Working behind all kinds of taxes;

3. Filing e-returns as required under the tax laws;

4. Interface between Tax consultatnt and company;

5. Coordinating inter-company tax activities; ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws;

6. Leading taxation functions of group of companies;

7. Complying with and handling statutory tax notices and audits conducted by tax authorities in coordination and consultation with Tax consultant of the group;

8. Ensuring strict compliance with withholding taxes as required under the law;
