| Job Description: |
- Accomplish administrative duties for G.M Plant.
- To collect desired informations from designated personnel/departments for preparing reports.
- To communicate on behalf of supervisor and manage authorized correspondence.
- To assist GM Plant & Operations in preparation of meetings and other routine activities
- To give follow-up for timely compliance.
- To manage guests, Government officials etc., in boarding & lodging.
- To coordinate for travel schedule (domestic and international), prepare expense reports accurately and promptly. Ensuring compliance with the existing policies
- Liaise with internal and external parties, national and international to arrange individual and group meetings.
- To produce and create documents, presentations, spreadsheets, data compilation and analyses using computer applications.
- To work in collaboration administrative teams.
