Job Purpose:

To supervise regional sales & distribution targets Stock rationalization Sales plans for all sales channels in line with department objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating and executing regional Sales plans
• Supervision of stock rationalization for all sales channels.
• Supervision of new franchise development, selection and city launches at regional.
• Supervision of distribution & retail channel at region.
• Effective coordination with all departments including Trade marketing, engineering, finance and CS for smooth sales operations.
• Contribute to Company's commercial objectives through the sales of products and services in Franchise sales and distribution Point of Sale.
• Develop and mentor Franchise distribution network
• Contribute to the growth of the Company through the effective management of the Franchise retail network
• Ensure revenue enhancement in line with strategic orientation.
• Lead and motivate Franchise Sales Team managers.
• Ensure continuous development of competencies of the team.

Key Performance Indicators KPIs:

• Develop and execute action plans for all sales channels
• Based on regional analysis, propose and execute improvements of all Sales & Distribution Channels
• Increase operational efficiencies
