| Job Description: |
- Develop procedures and ensure accurate implementation of the recording, classifying, and summarizing of daily financial transactions.
- Ensure development of timely, accurate & complete financial statements in shape of balance sheets, P&L statement, cash flows and Financial Analysis on monthly / quarterly, half-yearly and yearly basis.
- Prepare the income and expense trend analysis report and present to Head Accounts.
- Supervise the treasury and cash management of organization and take reports from concerned staff on all cash and bank payments and receipts.
- Monitor the aging of payables as well as post dated cheques issued to vendors and submit report to Head Accounts.
- To prepare monthly financial statements, monthly budget and cash flow analysis.
- Review of all accounting transactions before recording in SAP.
- Processing all the payments and recording entries in ledgre.
- Maintaining Fixed assets register in SAP.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Preparation and filing of monthly income tax and sales tax withholding statements.
- Reviewing the monthy stock take and reconciling the physical balances with system.
