Job Description:
  • Must know all necessary details about Company's Products and  solutions also convince client about Prospects of Annual Maintenance Contract
  • Must know Contract renewal advantages and convince client about  Annual Maintenance Contract.
  • Responsible to generate business through Annual Maintenance Contracts; new and/or renewals, as assigned
  • Keeps track of clients whose warranty/service contract is expiring in upcoming months.
  • Sends the proposal to the client.
  • Responsible for recovery of payments from contracts.
  • Must prepare and submit a monthly report 
  • Ensures invoice generation
