Responsibilities: 

• Manage several sectors/industries for MBA and EMBA recruitment. Key liaison between students and recruiters for these sectors
• Maintain rigorous and active linkages with recruiters within assigned sectors for multifarious needs and for better recruitment results
• Manage all on-campus events/activities on behalf of recruiters within assigned sectors
• Facilitate off-campus support, including company visits, during recruitment processes e.g. off-campus interviews, tests etc.
• Manage MBA Externships on behalf of recruiting partners within assigned sectors
• Manage alumni panel discussions for MBA and EMBAs within assigned sectors
• Spearhead MBA Networking Nights for assigned sectors
• Comprehensive recruitment data analysis for existing year and for trends across years
• Provide active counseling/guidance to first and final year MBA students in various key domains including resume writing and interview skills
• Manage MPO’s social media websites
• Assist in compiling the weekly MPO Newsletter
