| Job Description: |
- Conducting Training Need Assessment
- Designing Training Modules
- Design Training Assessments
- Preparing & Implementing action plans.
- Tracking Training feedback and training stats
- Conducting Class Room Training Sessions
- Conducting On-Floor Training/ Feedback Sessions
- Participating in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approach.
- Assisting in all Training and Development Activities Job Requirements
- Preparing new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process
- Producing physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
- Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs
- Conducting Voice and accent training for new joiners
- Develop Soft Skills to enhance the quality of conversation
- Customer Service skills training to positively impact customer experience

Requirements
- Needs to have strong training ability
- Good rapport building skills, extremely methodical and organized
- Feedback and Coaching skills.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- Experience in a sales position is a plus
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid communication and presentation abilities
