A leading group of industries “Madina Sugar Mill” situated at Faisalabad Sargodha road is looking for experienced professional to work as an “Instrumentation Engineer”. He should be having experience of:

-          Distributed control systems (DCS)

-          Programmable logic controllers (PLC)

-          Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA).

-          Designing and developing new control systems.

-          Testing, maintaining and modifying existing systems.  

-          Analyzing data and presenting findings in written reports.  

-          Managing operations.

-           Working collaboratively with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers and other internal staff.

-          Understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.

-          Providing advice and consultancy support.

-          Performed the instrument installation and loop testing.

-          Instrument calibration, Level transmitters, Pressure transmitters, Flow transmitters, Temperature transmitters, Control valves, Pressure gauges, Level gauges, Temperature gauges, PSV (pressure safety valve), PCV (pressure control valve), Review of all documents related to instrumentation.

-          Installation of hardware instrumentation, loop check, pre-commissioning, commission of DCS, PLC, and Triconex system.

-          Installation of instruments like motor operated valves and diaphragm control valves (Fisher, Honeywell, Foxboro, HS AT-02).

-          Calibration of pressure gauges, level gauges and also pressure, level, flow, temperature and DP transmitters.

Job Requirement:

Education: Should be Bachelors in Intrumentation Engineering

Experience: Min 4 years working in industrial firms.
