Cost & Contract Engineer for Claims
Roles & Responsibilities
· Preparation of Contractual Claims as per FIDIC Conditions of Contracts (Bank Harmonized Edition 2010)
· Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
· Preparation and Submission of Interim Payment Certificates.
· Structuring of Contracts for the Sub-Contractors.
· Preparation of Subcontractor's Payment Certificates.
· Excellent Skills for the Preparation of Rate Analysis.
· Preparation of monthly monitoring reports.
· Preparation of Profit / Loss Analysis and Maintaining Project Profitability.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6 ,AutoCAD and other computer skills.
· Provides direction, development and leadership to reporting employees.
· Risk identification and analysis.
· Administration of Contracts as per Organization Policy.
- Liaising with many different parties including technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s owner representatives.
- Assist the Purchasing Department and Site Project Manager in contractual matters related to procurement / supply contract and agreements.
· Performs any other work assigned by the Management.
Eligibility Criteria
· BSc Civil Engineering / B.Tech (Civil)
· Excellent Skills in Primavera P6 , MS Office &AutoCAD
· Minimum of 10 years’ experience for BSc Civil and 15 Years’ for B.Tech (Civil) in Infrastructure Roads & Building Works.
· Fluent in English language
· Very professional experiences on project claims for at least 10 years in detailed projects.
