- Managing all general administration activities.
- Respond to phone calls/public inquiries.
- Responsible for all billing and maintenance related work.
- Purchasing and maintaining all office supplies.
- Managing the Janitorial staff.
- Maintaining the proper working of Generators in Lahore offices.
- Entertaining all official guests in a professional manner.
- Coordinating with all vendors for procurement of all office related things.
- Coordinating with Govt. institutes / departments
- Managing the licensing related activities with different boards
