Responsibilities: 

Main responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

• Assists in thorough review, analysis, proof reading and finalization of departmental policies and SOPs.
• Provides support to specific committees (e.g. sets up meetings, distributes agenda materials and minutes, records and prepares the minutes, actions the minutes) as directed by the Assistant/Deputy Manager.
• Works as a team in in order to provide cross functional support to other intra departmental domains as regards to student enrolment, grading, academic scheduling, system configuration of Zambeel (campus management solution)
• Ensures that the Registrar Office’s timeline is implemented within defined deadlines
• Works as a team in system configuration, verification and updation of Zambeel (campus management solution).

This requires an extensive knowledge of the University policies and procedures and requires the incumbent to exercise considerable judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data
