| Job Description: |
- Raise, track and follow indents in SAP to procure scientific/technical items for the department and ensure timely delivery of all items by maintaining a close liaison with the procurement department.
- Develop a tracking system for the purpose of monitoring indents.
- Provide support in the upkeep and monitoring of essential lab infrastructure, supplies and services, and maintenance of lab accounts.
- Maintaining lab newsletters and website.
- To provide help in the various safety regulations of the lab and will work closely with the safety officers.
- Any other duty assigned by the department/supervisor
