| Job Description: |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- · Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs for corporate customers
- · Develop and market available training opportunities to customers and providing necessary information
- · Design, prepare and execute complete training process
- · Manage and analyses feedback data collection from trainers and trainees after each educational session
- · Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
- · Research and recommend new training methods, subjects and strategies
- · Manage inbound communications including questions and/or concerns (coordination)
- · Ability to adapt new Business Development Strategies
- · Develop and maintain customer and market database
- · Managing daily operational tasks and reporting
- · Ability to strategize and setup training department.
- · You will be involved in establishing partnerships between cooperate and educational institutes
- · Work on special projects time to time in alignment with the company’s objectives
- · Ensure efficient use of available resources/budget
- · You will be responsible to execute the training process and solely responsible for the meeting and training invites.
Key Requirements
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience
- · Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- · Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- · Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- · Ability to learn new skills
- · Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
- · Able to handle multiple projects and completing priorities
- · Mature professional - must operate independently and in a team environment
- · Customer Relationship Management
- · Understanding of Sales Infrastructure and Organization
- · MS Excel, MS Word, MS Presentation, MS Outlook and Movie Maker along with this should feel comfortable using digital photo / video graphic mediums and equipment’s.
