| Job Description: |
- Conduct facility round on the daily basis, to ensure proper arrangements.
- Take preventive actions in case any risk factor has identified.
- Assist admin executive in maintenance of all records.
- Update manager and executive, regarding daily administrative tasks and activates.
- Assist admin executive in identification of risk factors.
- Coordinate with security staff in order to ensure safety within office facility
- Assist admin executive in minimizing the environmental hazards.
- Assist admin executive in taking preventive measure to ensure proper maintenance of company assets.
