As a Call Centre Executive you will be part of a very exciting, professional, customer service oriented and dynamic team renowned for their service delivery and customer satisfaction.
You will be required to co-ordinate all Import and Export queries. You must possess a fair knowledge of World Geography and the Airline Industry.
You will be communicating daily with International Customers, responsible for building Business Relationships, possess problem-solving skills and be flexible to assist Customers requirements.
1) Answering Calls and making Calls related to Package status, Track & Trace, etc.
2) Handling queries effectively and efficiently through Calls/E-mails/Web enquiries.
3) Promptly responding to Customers queries within a specified time frame.
4) Entering comments for undelivered Packages, etc. in the System.
5) Proactively sending Requests to Stations for Updates.
6) Maintaining a daily Call / Query Sheet.
7) Providing quality Customer Service thereby reducing Customer dissatisfaction.
Workdays: Saturday to Thursday (Friday Off)
