Job Description: |
- Lead a group of 8-10 delivery drivers.
- Plan deliveries by reviewing productivity results and orders.
- Establish and monitor delivery routes.
- Identify variances and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor staff and adhere to policies and procedures
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolve customer issues.
- Staff, train and develop delivery team members.
- Monitor productivity/performance of Riders.
- Lead, guide and direct drivers regarding freight movement schedules and customer delivery expectations.
- Review and revise driver schedules to increase efficiencies and lower costs
- Responsible for delivering on KPI's; set targets, monitor performance, provide coaching to meet or exceed expectations
- Responsible for all paperwork associated with the city operation to ensure it is handled timely and accurately by all drivers.
- Be ensuring to proper delivery with condiments.
- Communicate directly with customers for special handling requests, issue escalations and resolution.
- Process all sales transactions accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Balance the needs of staff and customers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle inquiries from customers and addressing problems and complaints in respectful timely manner.
- Developed and implemented guidelines for training new service team members while providing refresher for current staff.
- Coach, lead and develop your drivers to support the sales organization and improve daily productivity.
- Conduct meetings and safety training with your team to ensure that preventive measures are carried out.
- Demonstrate strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Possess very strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Have a highly developed sense of urgency.
- Proven results in improving business performance through your leadership.
- Review and act on customer feedback
- Represent Mozzarella27 in a professional and responsible manner when communicating with others both inside and outside the company
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth customer transitions from pre-delivery to delivery day to post-delivery
- Work cross functionally with Operations and Vehicle teams to implement all experiential and operational policies and procedures in order to satisfy the needs of customers.
