JOB OVERVIEW
Manager NOC Platform Operations is responsible for the optimization and development of expert rules for automation of Ticket creation as per NOC Operations requirement.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support for PTCL OSS to NNOC, RNOC, iNOC and Field Team across Pakistan
• Support for Corpwatch to CCC, Corporate Desk, Carrier Desk, Corporate Customer and Field POC's across Pakistan
• Administration / development of monthly reports for NOC operations, corporate complaints and orders
• Optimization and development of expert rules for automation of Ticket creation as per NOC Operations requirement
• Reduce NOC Platform problem and support calls for HP\NOC Platform in coordination with L3 Support
• Optimization of integration of CRM, KRON and GIS
• Ensure smooth functioning of Automated Notification & Escalation from NOC Platform as per the SOP's of respective domains
• Ensure Smooth functioning of WorkFlows for NOC TT's, Corporate Complaints, iNOC Support Calls & Carrier Complaints
• Upskill training of subordinate staff
• Customization / development of corp watch platform for Corporate Complaints
• Modeling, Development and Roll-Out of Corporate Deployments Tracker
• Modeling, Development and Roll-Out of process for Carrier Complaints Management
• Any Other Projects Assigned by the Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS/ COMPETENCIES
Education: Advanced Degree in Engineering
Expertise: Experience Technology Solutions, Operations, Planning & Network Designing
