| Job Description: |
- Ensures designs are completed on time and adhere to the established specifications and standards
- Educate the Art team about the upcoming trends and improvement methods
- Monitors the bid or proposal process to ensure organizational goals are met
- Requires strong educational and practical background in area of advertising
- Manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function
- Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure of the Art Department
- Design Concepts and materialize with the help of the team
- Manage Project timelines and create a schedule for all individual tasks
- Organize the team efficiently to boost results
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and by implementing changes
