We are looking for young and energetic individuals (males and females) who want to work in the area of Fundraising and Telemarketing. Fresh candidates or with prior experience in field will be preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The Data Processing Executive is responsible for the processing of all information provided to clean, usable data for clients. The department uses tools and software to meet these needs.
- Accurate data entry ensuring product data quality.
- Processing of all data (on software and manual) for weekly and daily dispatches and keeping record
- Record of Mail sent through courier and consignment record
- Entry of receipts.
- Filing of hardware record, receipts, office communications and related products.
- To possess full knowledge of all processes as documented
- Inventory check and record
- To maintain positive working relationships and open communication with all colleagues.
