| Job Description: |
- Develop and monitor control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
- Revise procedures & reports periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
- Draft, modify and implement company policies.
- Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR/Payroll departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
- Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks according to customer social and Technical codes of conduct.
- Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
- Keep well informed of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as developing best practices in compliance control.
- Update the company’s system / technical and social certification i.e. IMS, Oekotex, GOTS, OCS, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, SA8000.
- Comply with the customer codes of conduct and monitor with updating ILO / Labor standards.
- Manage Internal / external 1st / 2nd & 3rd Party audits and conduct Management Review Meetings.
- Make the remediation plan after audits.
- Deal with online portal of Technical and social.
- Monitor and deal with environmental aspects and reporting to EPA.
- Maintain the record as per audits requirements.
- Manage the floors regarding social and technical audits.
- Manage the customer visits as per planned/ unplanned schedules.
- Monitor the team / internal / external planned training.
