· Responsible for all activities related to Employee compensation and benefit.
· Coordination for all out going correspondence.
· Entitle and process all leave applications.
· Ensure smooth running of HRIS.
· Assist for new joiner's orientation and training for on board employees.
· Keep track of HR files.
· Maintain all files and folders.

· Responsible for making all employee appraisals and increments.
· Assist, organize, arrange & conduct training & development programs for new and on board employees.
· Review Appraisals, Confirmation and Contract letters.
· Handle queries related to Leaves and other incentives.
· Handle Employee Grievance.
· Support and coordinate new hire orientations.
· Supervise the maintenance of employee personnel records.
· Initiate and conduct timely investigations, prepare documentation and make recommendations for corrective/disciplinary actions.
· Support & Coordinate regarding employee benefits, compensation and discipline issues.
