Job Description PureLogics is looking for a pleasant Front Desk Officer to undertake all administrative and clerical duties. The candidate will perform routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving the public, providing assistance and record-keeping.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and candidates Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages Answer inquiries about the company Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them Manage Visitors Record Ensure reception area is tidy
