About The Job
As a Customer Support Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for issues and queries about “AT Tech” Products. We expect you to provide world class customer experience by working closely with our technical team to provide timely and efficient solutions to our customers.
This job is Islamabad (Bahria Town, Phase-4) based and Only for Females.
Responsibilities
- Email, Chat and Voice Support - Answer inbound inquiries coming through AT tech support line, live chat feature or support email address during GMT business hours
- Analyse and collect customer support requests and bugs and consult with the product and engineering teams to address these issues
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Native or bilingual spoken and written English skills
- Technical knowledge /CS/IT Background.
