Job Description Grow together with AODOUR. Aodour is a cosmetic company established since 2016. We are importing international cosmetics meanwhile we are collaborating with all brands existing in the market. We are targeting to be the NO.1 online cosmetic seller and chain store with all cosmetic brands under one roof. We are looking for HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

Make company HR Plan as per department’s requirement. Build the evaluation system, promotion mechanism. Resource Recruiting and cultivation (training system). Build the resource backup pool for each department. Build company culture, build the professional working environment. Responsible for explanation of company policy, employee communication, employee emotion management.

Requirements:

·         People oriented and results driven

·         Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics

·         Knowledge of HR systems and databases

·         Ability to design strategy along with leadership skills

·         Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

·         Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

·         In-depth knowledge of  HR best practices
