Responsibilities

• Responsible for all the activities during New Site Identifications and Site Assessment
• Survey the site to check for existing defects if any, before the commencement of construction work.
• Take necessary steps for timely completion of assigned project target during the course of the project.
• Supervise construction works as per design and specifications while ensuring required quality.
• Ensure execution of civil works as per specifications and standards.
• Review construction drawings including (MEP) and discuss execution with the engineers before initiating the construction.
• Assign adequate labor with the required skills and exercise controls to ensure quality control and project timelines on daily basis.
• Prepare a list of material required by the Project Manager for timely procurement of material.
• Verification of measurement sheets and bills of consultants, contractors and other vendors.
• Must be well-versed with all construction disciplines, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical etc. 

Educational Record

• Minimum Three years Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in discipline of Civil Technology
• A minimum of 3 years of experience, related to the building & infrastructure construction & site supervision is required.
• Must have computer literacy specially MS offices and AutoCAD
• Possess problem solving skills and adaptability
• Ability to work under pressure often to strict deadlines
• Possess good communication skills
