Job Description:

A Leading Hotel Chain is launching their operations in Pakistan. They are looking for dynamic individals in Rawalpindi & Lahore. 

  • Responsible for staff training & work efficiency.
  • Able to develop, implement & monitor financial & operational plans for the Hotel.
  • Able to provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.
  • Assist in the development & communication strategies.
  • Must have a strong knowledge of computer software applications precisely MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Access.
  • Must have effective oral & written communication skills.
  • Must have good analytical skills & decision-making ability.
  • Must be a multi-tasker and able to travel.
  • Must have a knowledge of operating widely used hotel management software/CRM software.
