PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and executing a digital brand marketing strategy 


• Track, measure, and analyse the performance of digital campaigns including creating    performance reports and proposing optimisation strategies


• Social channels - drive engagement with our audience, create compelling digital conversations and drive customer acquisition. 


• Facebook - creating effective Facebook marketing campaigns within set budget and managing Facebook targeting


• Managing and optimising YouTube channel/content and developing YouTube marketing strategies 


• Monitoring marketing success against sales


• Prepare and deliver weekly report to CEO


• Managing and positively engaging discussions on web forums and other channels


• Participating and answering questions on Facebook threads


• Working with Media Department on content 

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role


• An ability to learn the latest trends and techniques for digital marketing 


• Express a strong appetite to achieve and develop the role


• Ability to multitask delivering a high level of quality and with sound detail


• Own PC and reliable internet connection


• Be data driven and results focused.


• Excellent communication and writing skills using the English language are essential


• Work well under pressure and within a deadline environment


• Be a proactive decision maker with excellent IT, administration, and organisational skills


• Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.


• Willing to participate in any other duties that may be requested by Senior Management that are deemed reasonable to the post.
