Job Description:

1. Troubleshooting of LAN and WAN

2. Server back up.

3. Server database management.

4. Creation of domain accounts according to user job description

5. Configuration of Email Accounts of all employees

6. Responsible for supporting: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Apple MAC OS support machines.

7. Troubleshooting and Configurations of network printers, Access points and other IT equipment

8. Maintaining IT Inventory as well as coordinating with vendors for the purpose of repairing and warranty claims.

9. Diagnosis of desktop, laptop, application, networking and infrastructure issues
