Job Description:

We’re looking for enthusiastic TSR/ CSR for our domestic Sales Campaign – for Lahore Office

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries

• Communicating with customers through various channels (calls/ chat) for selling product

• Acknowledging and resolving customer queries regarding product

• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and queries

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements:

• Has proven background in Telemarketing Domain

• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.

• Strong communication skills both Urdu & English (spoken, listening and writing)

• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Experience working with customer support/ Tele sales would be plus.
