Skyscrapers Private Limited is looking for a savvy and tech-oriented Recruitment Executive who is fluent in verbal and written English communication

Job Description:

• Manage end to end recruitment process

• Successfully matching of CVs keeping in line the JD and requirements by the company

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and tests

• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

• Completing timely reports on employment activity

• Follow up of the Shortlisted candidates

• Manage internal database with sensitive information

• Handling the full and final settlement of the employees

• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management

• Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors ( HEC recognized university)

Experience: 

• 6 months – 1 year of relevant work experience

• Proficient user of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint 

Salary Package: 25k - 35k
