Job Description: |
A well established company is seeking two (2) permanent Customer Service Representatives with Data Entry experience. They should possess attention to detail and decent understanding of English.
This is a permanent night shift position based in Johar Town Lahore. Salary on offer is between 20,000 and 23,000 based on experience. The training period (approx 3 months) will be the general shift timing. The shift will rotate, if required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately enter, update and verify data into various systems.
- Review data entered into database to ensure accuracy.
- Answer client's incoming chat/email/call.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs accurately.
- Resolve application questions and queries.

- Good written English and communications skills.
- Computer & Internet Browsing
- Desire to learn.
- Patience and friendliness.
- Call Center Experience preferred.
