Billing Supervisor – Position Description

We are looking for an experienced billing resource to join our team. As a Billing Supervisor he will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks. He will be responsible for the accurate and timely coordination of invoices every month, create reports for the higher management reflecting billing and revenue numbers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily financial management such as Treasury management, Bank Account management and accounting management.



• Prepares Cash Projections, forecasts and plan cash payments accordingly.



• Directs and supervises the activities of accounts payable function.



• Handle and supervise all expenses accounts.



• Responsible for review of invoices for accuracy and authorization prior to payment.



• Responsible for accurate preparation of all payments issued.



• Responsible for record retention for source documents.



• Prepares payable reports upon request.



• Being an Accounts Payable Supervisor ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and control reports.



• Resolve payment issues with assigned vendors.



• Coordination with GL department for accurate and timely booking of expenses incorrect period.



• Supervise reconciliation of vendor accounts and their balances.
