Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Integration Lead to oversee and drive our ERP migration from DataCor to NetSuite. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on system design, internal adoption, performance optimization, and process automation across all teams.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the NetSuite implementation and full system integration

  • Design optimized workflows for supply chain, accounting, logistics, and operations

  • Conduct advanced user training sessions and system onboarding

  • Build dashboards, KPIs, and automate reporting tools

  • Manage and troubleshoot integrations with third-party platforms

  • Work directly with department heads to improve team performance via ERP

  • Develop SOPs and mentor junior ERP staff


Requirements:



  • 5+ years of ERP experience with at least 3 years in NetSuite (implementation, training, process design)

  • Strong supply chain and/or distribution industry knowledge

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Experience managing full-cycle ERP migration projects

  • Ability to automate workflows, build dashboards, and guide cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with scripting, saved searches, and custom record types is a plus
