- Follow up promptly on pre-qualified leads generated by voice fronters, inbound calls, or marketing.
- Conduct a thorough needs analysis to identify coverage gaps and recommend suitable final expense plans.
- Present insurance options in a consultative and compliant manner, addressing client concerns and objections.
- Guide clients through the application process and assist with documentation.
- Maintain a high closing ratio while adhering to all sales and regulatory guidelines.
- Keep detailed notes and updates in the CRM system for each client interaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to improve performance.
