Grand Royal Banquet Hall is seeking passionate and experienced professionals to join our team as a Banquet Hall Manager and Supervisor. We are one of Muridke's most recognized venues, hosting weddings, parties, and corporate events. The ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, a client-focused mindset, and a background in hospitality or event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Banquet Hall Manager:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the banquet facility
Manage client bookings, meetings, and event planning
Supervise staff and coordinate with sales, décor, and catering teams
Maintain service standards and ensure customer satisfaction
Handle issues or complaints promptly and professionally
Banquet Hall Supervisor:
Support the manager in planning and executing events
Ensure timely event setup and staff coordination
Monitor service quality and cleanliness
Handle basic client requirements during events
Assist in inventory and logistics management
Job Requirements:
For Manager:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3–5 years experience in hospitality/event management
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
For Supervisor:
Intermediate or Bachelor's (preferred)
1–2 years of experience in event or banquet operations
Team player with the ability to work under pressure
Good interpersonal and multitasking skills
