Grand Royal Banquet Hall is seeking passionate and experienced professionals to join our team as a Banquet Hall Manager and Supervisor. We are one of Muridke's most recognized venues, hosting weddings, parties, and corporate events. The ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, a client-focused mindset, and a background in hospitality or event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Banquet Hall Manager:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the banquet facility

• Manage client bookings, meetings, and event planning

• Supervise staff and coordinate with sales, décor, and catering teams

• Maintain service standards and ensure customer satisfaction

• Handle issues or complaints promptly and professionally

Banquet Hall Supervisor:

• Support the manager in planning and executing events

• Ensure timely event setup and staff coordination

• Monitor service quality and cleanliness

• Handle basic client requirements during events

• Assist in inventory and logistics management

Job Requirements:

For Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

• 3–5 years experience in hospitality/event management

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities

For Supervisor:

• Intermediate or Bachelor's (preferred)

• 1–2 years of experience in event or banquet operations

• Team player with the ability to work under pressure

• Good interpersonal and multitasking skills
