We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead the business development and fleet leasing functions of Capital Car Rental (CCR). The ideal candidate will have strong B2B selling skills, team leadership experience, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the automotive, mobility, or fleet management sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for B2B and institutional fleet clients

• Identify new corporate opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients

• Lead the full sales cycle – from pitching and proposals to closing contracts

• Coordinate with operations and finance to deliver seamless client onboarding

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas

• Manage and mentor a team of sales executives and account managers

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate accounts

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management

• Prepare periodic sales reports and performance forecasts

• Represent CCR at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA Preferred)

• 4–5 years of sales experience in fleet leasing, automotive, logistics, or rental sector

• Strong B2B selling experience with institutional clients

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Experience in leading sales teams and working in a target-driven environment

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing models, and customer lifecycle
