We’re hiring a Customer Support Executive to fulfill a client’s requirement. The ideal candidate must have a good command of English, be comfortable with computers, and possess the ability to learn new tools quickly. The role involves communicating effectively, following detailed instructions, and using multiple software platforms (training will be provided).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions through email, chat, or other communication channels as required by the client.

• Understand and follow client-specific processes and workflows.

• Use multiple software tools efficiently after completing training.

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing tasks.

• Report daily activities and feedback to the supervisor or client as needed.

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of English (both written and verbal).

• Excellent computer literacy — familiarity with Windows, MS Office, and internet tools.

• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and software.

• Ability to follow instructions accurately and deliver consistent performance.

• Smart, proactive, and reliable work attitude.

• Prior customer support or BPO experience is a plus (but not mandatory).
