Core responsibilities
Prospecting and sales
Identify, contact, and secure new clients (shippers, drivers, or other companies) through cold calls, emails, and networking.
Service promotion
Clearly and persuasively present trucking or dispatch services to potential clients to generate interest.
Negotiation and contracts
Negotiate rates with clients and carriers, secure deals, and process the necessary paperwork and contracts.
Logistics and coordination
Act as an intermediary, arranging for carriers to pick up and deliver goods. Track shipments from pickup to delivery and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Relationship management
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and carriers, address concerns, and provide ongoing customer service.
Administrative tasks
Maintain detailed records of leads, communications, and sales activities. Handle administrative tasks related to transactions.
Required skills/Qualifications
- Atleast 1 Year Experience in BPO Industry
- Fluent in English Speaking and Writing.
- A minimum a bachelor\'s degree or diploma is required though further education an be beneficial
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including persuasion.
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of the trucking and logistics industry is often required or preferred.
