This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 150,000.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage truck dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

  • Use the DAT Load Board to identify available loads and assign them to suitable carriers.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders to address any issues during transit.

  • Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to relevant parties.

  • Keep accurate records of all dispatch activities and load details.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable trucking and transportation regulations.

• Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as a Truck Dispatcher, specifically within the US market.

  • Proficiency in using the DAT Load Board platform for load management.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate smooth interactions.

  • Availability to work night shifts from 5:30 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple loads and schedules concurrently.
